Email us at support@omnivour.app. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the file type if it's a conversion issue — that's usually enough for us to help fast.

We typically reply within a few business days. We don't ask for your files (we couldn't read them anyway — they're encrypted on your device), so please never email us anything sensitive.

What file types does OMNIvour handle?

OMNIvour converts across documents, images, audio, and video. Open the converter and drop a file in — it'll show you the formats available for that input. AI-assisted conversions (handled by our own self-hosted models) unlock the trickier transformations.

Is my data really private?

Yes. Your files are encrypted on your device before they're uploaded, and we never hold the key — so we can't read their contents. AI runs on models we host ourselves, never third-party APIs. Uploads and outputs auto-delete on a short clock. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you manage them there:

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OMNIvour.
  • Android:Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OMNIvour.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period. Refund requests go through the app store under its policies.

How do I delete my account?

Use the account deletion page. It permanently removes your account and associated data — the bytes are gone for good. (Cancel any active subscription in the app store first, since billing lives there.)

A conversion failed or looks wrong — what now?

Quick things to try:

  • Confirm the source file isn't corrupted by opening it in its native app.
  • Re-run the conversion — transient hiccups usually clear on a retry.
  • Check your connection; encrypted uploads need a stable network.
  • For AI-assisted conversions, review the output — AI results can need a touch-up.
