Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and RADLAB LLC for using OMNIvour. We've kept the plain-language parts plain and reserved the formal language for where it actually matters.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using OMNIvour, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What OMNIvour is

OMNIvour is a file-conversion service. You give it a file, it gives you that file in another format, and — where you choose AI-assisted conversion — it uses our own self-hosted models to do it. Your files are encrypted on your device before upload and decrypted only in memory on our own self-hosted workers to perform the conversion.

3. Your account

You need an account to use OMNIvour. You agree to provide an accurate email address, to keep your sign-in secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the service.

4. Subscriptions & billing

OMNIvour offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (managed via our payments processor), not directly by us.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies. We don't process card payments and can't issue store refunds directly.
  • If we change prices, we'll give you notice before it affects you.

5. Acceptable use

When using OMNIvour, you agree not to:

  • Convert or distribute content that is illegal, or that you don't have the rights to.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
  • Abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to break the conversion pipeline or infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the service without our written permission.
  • Use the service to build a competing product by scraping or bulk-extracting it.

6. Your content stays yours

You own the files you convert. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the narrow, temporary permission needed to do the one thing you asked: to store, process, and convert your file so we can return the result to you. That permission ends when the file is deleted on our retention clock. We don't use your files to train models or for any purpose other than performing your conversion.

7. Our intellectual property

OMNIvour — the app, the name, the brand, the ChompingDino, and the code behind it — belongs to RADLAB LLC. These terms don't give you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

8. AI output & service disclaimers

OMNIvour is provided “as is.” Conversions — especially AI-assisted ones — can be imperfect: formatting may shift, and AI output may contain errors. Always review converted files before relying on them, particularly for anything important. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RADLAB LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of OMNIvour. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADLAB LLC from claims arising out of content you convert through the service or your breach of these terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using OMNIvour and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. The sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — do survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top, and for material changes we'll give you notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use OMNIvour after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Contact

OMNIvour is operated by RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Questions about these terms? Email support@omnivour.app.
